Information provided by a Registered User will only be disclosed as is required in order to permit potential Employees and Employers to communicate amongst each other.
Information Provided by Employees: Only the information that is visible upon an Employee’s Profile and Homepage will be disclosed to potential Employers.
Information Provided by Employers: No information provided by potential Employers will be disclosed to any User or Registered User of the Site. In order to communicate with a potential Employee, Employers will be expected and required to initiate contact with a potential Employee by means of a private messaging system internal to the Site. Except as may be disclosed to the potential Employee by the Employer, no personal information is disclosed by way of the said private messaging system.
During the initial contact between Employee and Employer and during the course of any subsequent Employment Relationship, the nature and extent of information disclosed by each of the parties to the Employment Relationship will be at the discretion of the parties to the Employment Relationship and, except as expressly set out above, no information will be released or disclosed by the Site.
Retention of Information
Information provided by you will be stored electronically until the expiration of your membership term or until the Site receives a request to delete your account. Deleted information will remain in the Site’s back-up process for up to 3 months, at which point, it will be permanently deleted.
Accessing and Updating Information
In order to ensure that any information provided is kept up to date, you can access and/or update your information by simply logging into your account to amend your Profile.
In order to prevent any unauthorised access or disclosure of the personal information that we collect, we have electronic and managerial procedures in place to secure and safeguard this information.
Passwords and data are encrypted on transit to the database. Password information will remain encrypted. Additional information provided then stored in plain text format on an unencrypted MySQL database.
